4. Growth Idea of the Week: 'Land and Expand' Strategy 🔥

Retention is no longer about keeping customers; it’s about involving them.

Building a community isn’t just a support strategy—it’s a co-creation opportunity. Instead of traditional user groups or forums, you can encourage your customers to shape your product’s future.

But the question is “How”?

Host co-design workshops or hackathons where customers can ideate features alongside your team. Encourage peer-to-peer mentoring within the community to elevate expertise organically. Create spaces for storytelling, where users share their personal success stories with your product.

When customers see themselves as co-creators, loyalty deepens. They aren’t just using your product—they’re helping build it, ensuring they never look elsewhere.
